For 37 years, we have been Uniting Nations in Worship – Proclaiming the Truth in Love.
Our Church was founded in June of 1985 by Pastor Frank Estes, formerly known as “Grace Church”. The early church met in homes, hotel conference rooms, and office buildings, until a permanent space off of Schiller Road in West Houston was purchased. It was always Pastor Frank’s dream to have a space built by him that could better suit the needs of the church. In the late 90’s, he proposed the idea to the church body of buying land to develop a church building on.
The money was raised and construction began in 1999 at the new location on Richmond Avenue, just off of Highway 6, which is our current location. Another new change with the name of the ministry. The leaders in the church, along with Pastor Frank, wanted to re-brand the church to identify with the community, and so “West Oaks Fellowship” was born.
