AWANA, an acronym for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, is an international ministry targeted at equipping children with the Gospel, and training them to serve God. This ministry meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30pm. Activities include Handbook time, where kids learn verses, volunteer, complete projects, etc., Game time, where kids compete in team and individual events, and the AWANA store, where kids can redeem their hard-earned AWANA bucks (through memorization of verses, completing checkpoints, etc.) for cool prizes, games, and more!
